These Terms of Service govern your use of the zohoconsultants.co.uk website and the services provided by ZED Consulting ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
zohoconsultants.co.uk is a specialist service operated by ZED Consulting, providing implementation, customisation, development, and support services across the Zoho platform. ZED Consulting is an independent consultancy and accredited ZOHO partner. It is not, however, part of the ZOHO Corporation.
2. Use of our website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. The content on this site is provided for general information and does not constitute professional advice.
3. Services and engagements
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any work we undertake will be set out in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed between you and us. Those documents, together with these terms, form the agreement between us. Where there is a conflict, the proposal or statement of work takes precedence.
4. Fees and payment
Implementation projects are generally delivered on a fixed-scope, fixed-price basis OR a time & material basis; whereas, ongoing support is provided on a monthly retainer. Payment terms will be confirmed in our proposal documents. Invoices are payable within the period stated on each invoice.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom configurations and developments we create for you become yours on full payment. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, methods, and know-how. The Zoho platform and its trademarks remain the property of Zoho Corporation.
6. Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues arising from third-party platforms outside our control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
