David is the real deal!
Here is my story: I posted about a problem that I needed solved on a Facebook group and David was quick to reply. We briefly exchanged messages, he got my email address, and first thing the next morning I had his message in my inbox with the solution. (He send me the script I needed for free!) We only needed 2 brief Zoom calls where I shared my screen and he was able to quickly walk me through the steps that needed to be taken.
One thing I appreciated was that he didn't ask for or need my Zoho CRM username credentials and password. I'm fine giving that out after establishing trust but not right off the back. Now that David has proven himself as trustworthy, I plan on hiring him back to complete more complex projects in the future.
What did he do? David helped me write a custom function in deluge so that I could calculate how many deals each customer had completed and then send an email to the customer who hired my company a certain amount of times.

There are so many different CRM products to choose from, understandably mostly directed towards sales. I needed to organise my vendors though. David directed me towards ZOHO and the correct product for me and quickly and efficiently sorted the diffferent modules I required within this product (CRM Professional). His patience and knowledge has left me with a very workable solution. I fully recommend David's services.
